These are vintage 1934 & 1936 Lick-Wilmerding-Lux High School dance cards for graduation and senior prom. This school is located in the bay area of San Francisco, California. The white one is made of metal with a crackle paint finish, the tan colored one is made of leather and the one with silouettes on the front is made of celluloid with shiny tin behind the cover. Each have names of boys dances were promised to written in pencil. Also inside the pages is names of patrons/patronesses and the dance committee members. These measure about 2-1/2 x 3 inches and each has a cord and tassel. One still has it's little pencil still attached. Pages are yellowed slightly and the tassels are worn but these are in otherwise excellent condition. Very nice!
