These interesting earrings are pre-ban carved elephant ivory from the late 1960's. They have a shrimp shape with carved tiers down the front. When worn they flatter the face and curve towards the jawline. With evident ivory straiations and 14K gold posts for pierced ears. These measure about 1-1/2 by 3/4 inches and are 1/8 inch thick. In beautiful condition with a shiny polish. Only problem with these is the clutchbacks are not 14K only the post that go through the ear. But if you are allergic to base metals perhaps you have a set of your own to wear with these.
