By design it cannot move along the hoop and is not removeable without breaking the tortoise jump rings. Highly polished pendant with a curve and wonderful with the natural striation showing within the shell. The shape of the choker is just slightly out of round however when worn you won't notice and displays beautifully. Choker is only 14 inches long but will open to 15" to 16" when worn.
