Made from a slice of antler with hand painted Kuukkelit birds in the scene. Fairly sure this is from Finland and signed with initials CF 2001.

Not sure how this was created.  Its not Scrimshaw, and not printed on either.  Seems more like pen and ink.  The reverse side is signed with initials CF, dated 2001 and has a simple pin catch for securing.  Beautifully hand crafted and in excellent condition showing so signs of wear.
