The cones at the ends have sun ray patterns stamped around them. The hook and clasp are handmade and all the beads are strung on silk looking thread for ultimate flow and flexibility. Tests as sterling silver and the turquoise heishi beads are sky blue with golden brown veins.
Necklace has 9 strands with cascading graduated lengths. The longest strand is 28" long with the shortest strand being 22" long. Weighs 33.7 grams.
Estate necklace was completely black when found. Normally I would have left it as it was but liquid silver beads just do not photograph well tarnished and one of the few types of silver jewelry that always looks its best with shine to me. Polished by hand with a silver cloth, so there still is some light tarnish, especially close to the turquoise beads. In excellent condition.
