Since the inside is blank you could take it to a jeweler to have it engraved with the babies birth or Christening date. This little bracelet is new, old stock and never worn. Marked 14K gold filled and has the makers mark of TK for Tru-Kay Jewelry Co. It comes inside of its original 1970's velvet covered box and was distributed by Karat Kids.
