It has a shiny silver rhodium finish over a base metal with a surfer riding a wave on his board in the center. The background is red enamel paint. Excellent, undamaged condition. Has one of their makers mark for Hedison of an "H" with a heart and then "edy" outside of the heart with a C for copyright. Hard to identify and hard to find. You'll love this in your collection!
