One side has a light blue enamel outer ring, and the inside is navy blue. The other side has a white outer ring and deep gold enamel on the inside. This is a base metal, most likely copper with a silver tone finish on the edges. No makers mark. Excellent condition with only a super tiny flake like chip on the extreme edge of the white enamel. Measures 3/4".
