It goes from the base of my finger to the top of my knuckle. In a size 7.75 but could be resized by your jeweler since it has a nice heavy shank. The front of the ring measures about 1-3/8” X 3/4” and weighs 9.7 grams. Tested silver for accuracy and guaranteed. A gorgeous ring that is so comfortable to wear and sure to be admired and noticed.
Inside of the ring is signed “Zagal” and “Tasco” within an oval logo cartouche, along with “Mexico” and ”925”. Zagal was a protege of Sigi Pineda, and her early designs were very much influenced by his unique sculptural style. Marked as shown, "Zagal Tasco" and the Eagle 3 stamp for Taxco. I've read that Zagal was the only artisan other than Sigi, who used the alternative spelling Tasco (for Taxco) in the markings on their jewelry.
