Here is a 1960's carved Dogwood pendant that hangs on a yellow gold-filled curb link chain. The petals have a gentle curve and are polished silky smooth.
The Schreger Lines are quite evident and easily seen when turning the pendant in the light. It measures 1-7/8 and weighs about 3.9 grams. The chain is marked 1/20 12K gold filled and it measures 24" long, 2.4mm wide and weighs 8.4 grams. Lovely piece.
