Beautiful deep cobalt blue and vibrant green navette rhinestone outline this swirl, almost paisley-like design. There is a matching band of blue chaton's that are prong set as well. The flower design has the petals angled downward for dimension with a single 11.5mm chaton in the center. The brooch may be Juliana, view the photos of the back closely and the clasp. The gold plate is in excellent condition with no gold loss and just some fine light scratches. All stones are present and in very good condition. Beautifully made.
