Hand carved, the fish has a sterling silver background of ocean waves with bubbles is unique and beautiful! Measures about 2 inches long and 1.5 inches tall. Displays beautifully but there is a flaw by the eye of the fish. There is a tight crack that could be from before or after being made. Since fossilized bone often has cracks, it could have been created with the crack. It goes through to the reverse side only a very small part, the rest is solid from behind. I took some up-close photos so you can zoom in and see. Amazing piece!
